The following terms, when used in these Terms and Conditions, shall have the meanings set forth below:

Means the electronic money wallet provided through our licensed EMI partner.
Means a community-based group savings feature based on Islamic finance principles.
Means all financial and digital tools provided by Nani Fintech Plus, including the Wallet, Ayuto, and investment platform.

Who can use our services
You must meet ALL of the following requirements to use our services:
You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under applicable law.
You must be a legal resident of the United Kingdom or other supported jurisdictions.
You must be able to provide valid government-issued identification for KYC compliance.
You must provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep it updated.
Complete our Know Your Customer (KYC) process by providing required identification documents and information.
Provide valid email address and phone number for account security and communication purposes.
Pass our anti-money laundering (AML) and sanctions screening checks.
The following individuals or entities are prohibited from using our services, and certain activities are strictly forbidden due to legal and faith-based compliance requirements:
You must not use our platform for non-halal or interest-based (riba) financial activities. This strictly includes participation in or facilitation of conventional loans, interest-bearing deposits, or any investments that directly contradict Islamic finance principles.
What we expect from you as a user
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities that occur under your account.
You must NOT use our services for any of the following activities:

Sharia-compliant investment opportunities including Sukuk bonds, ethical funds, and other Islamic finance products.
Comprehensive budgeting tools, calculators, and financial planning resources to help you manage your money effectively.
Nani Fintech Plus is not a bank, and your wallet balance is not protected by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS).
All funds are safeguarded in accordance with FCA Electronic Money Regulations through our licensed EMI partners.
All investments carry risk. The value of investments can go down as well as up, and you may not get back the amount you originally invested. Past performance is not a guarantee of future results.
While we strive for 99.9% uptime, our services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Some services depend on third-party providers (EMI partners, payment networks, etc.). We are not responsible for third-party service interruptions or failures.
Understanding our pricing structure
We believe in transparent, fair pricing. All fees are clearly displayed before you confirm any transaction or service. There are no hidden charges.

How accounts can be closed or suspended
You can close your account at any time by contacting our customer support team. We'll help you through the process.
We may suspend or terminate your account in certain circumstances to protect our platform and other users.
We will provide 30 days' notice before terminating your account, except in cases of suspected fraud or legal requirements where immediate termination may be necessary.
Upon termination, you have 90 days to withdraw any remaining funds. After this period, funds may be transferred to a designated account or handled according to unclaimed asset procedures.
After account closure, we will retain your data only as required by law (typically 6 years for financial records) and then securely delete it.
If your account was suspended or terminated due to a misunderstanding or error, you may request reinstatement by contacting our customer support team.
Legal framework and dispute resolution
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
